Client:

Owner of a pet shop in the area of Chatalja, Varna, offering a variety of aquariums and accessories for aquatic animals.

Request:

The client contacted us with a need to move a large, empty but heavy glass aquarium with an approximate capacity of 900 litres. The cargo had to be transported within the city starting from the site in Chatalja.

Challenge:

Besides the impressive size - approx. 2 metres long и over 120 kg weight, the task had to be completed in off-hoursafter the closure of the pet shop. This required strict coordination and pre-arrangement, as well as a careful approach to the safe transportation of the fragile and sensitive load.

Implementation:

A team of 2 experienced housekeepers took care of dismantling and transporting the aquarium to the transport vehicle. Preliminary sealing of the inner partin order to avoid tension in the glass during movement.

For safe loading we used van equipped with protective liningproviding stability during transport. Transport was organised outside busy times to avoid traffic and unnecessary delays.

Result:

The aquarium was successfully transported and delivered without damage within the same day. The customer estimated the quick response, careful handling and professional attitude of the team. This kind of transfer demonstrates our ability to handle specialised and sensitive cargo even under non-standard conditions.
